OrderCloud has multiple Order Types to use. This enables Customers to select how/what they are ordering and also alerts the store to the type of order that is selected.

Take Out - generally used for orders picked up at the store by customer

Curbside - used for Curbside pickup orders and adds a vehicle make/model and color

Drive-Thru - used for Drive Thru orders and adds a vehicle make/model and color

Delivery - stores can use for delivery by their own staff and set Delivery Zones/cost(s) or use DoorDashDrive (Some POS Integrations can use DDD, check with your POS Dealer)

Catering for Pickup - For those large orders that are ordered in advance for customers to pick up.

Catering for Delivery - For those large orders that are ordered in advance for delivery to customers.

Order From the Table - For Dine In customers, if you want customers to be able to order and pay from the table.
