Customers have the ability to enter Special Instructions for items on their order. To make changes to this field login to OrderCloud, select the Location, select the Admin tab. Under the section Menu Management the entry for Special Instructions can be edited to allow for more space to add instructions.
Edit the entry and select Save
You may also completely turn off the Special Instructions field by opening your menu (as if you were going to edit the menu), navigating to the Menu Settings tab and deselecting the Allow Special Instructions button. If you have multiple menus, you would need to edit this setting within each menu.
