Merchant Reports

  1. Login to OrderCloud

  2. Select Manage Stores

  3. Select the Admin tab

  4. Scroll to the Accounting Section

  5. Type in the email address. If more then one email address is to be entered use a comma to separate the email addresses, no spaces.

  6. Select the report to receive.

  7. Select Save Changes

Location Reports

  1. Login to OrderCloud

  2. Select Manage Stores

  3. Select the Location

  4. Select the Admin tab

  5. Scroll to the Accounting Contact Email section

  6. Type in the email address. If more then one email address is to be entered use a comma to separate the email addresses, no spaces.

  7. Select the report to receive

  8. Select Save
