OrderCloud has multiple report functions and can be viewed at the Merchant level or individual Locations.
For Merchant Level Reports
Login to OrderCloud
Select Reports
Select Show Reports for All Locations
Report Types by Merchant
Order Report
Credit Card Batch Report - Only applies to Location using ToGo's credit card processor and not Direct Settlement
Inventory Report - Displays units sold for items and modifiers
User Report - Users/Customers that have signed up for an account in ToGo
For Location Level Reports
Login to OrderCloud
Select Reports
Select the Location
Report Types by Location
Order Report
Credit Card Batch Report - Only applies to Location using ToGo's credit card processor and not Direct Settlement
Inventory Report - Displays units sold for items and modifiers
Report Type - Select the report type to run from the dropdown selection
Add Filter - Filter a report by specific fields, click the drop down arrow to see available fields. Select the Add Filter button when complete to filter the report.
Date Field - Run report by Time of Order or Pickup/Delivery Time
Start Date - End Date - select the date range of the report
Export Report - Exports all report information into a .csv report
Add Columns - Only a few columns will automatically display, there are additional columns that can be added to the view. Note: All columns will export when using the Export Report button even if they are not showing in the current view.
