If your Menu is not showing on your Order Page, check these 3 things:
Make sure that your Location is set to Active
Make sure that your Menu is attached to an Order Type
Make sure that your Menu has been made available on the Hours Tab
Make sure that your Location is set to Active
Log into OrderCloud
Select Manage Stores
Select your Location
On the Location Home Tab, locate the Active button in the top left corner under your Restaurant Name and make sure that it's selected as Orange. If it's Gray, select it to make it Active.
Make sure that your Menu is attached to an Order Type
On the Location Home tab, select the Menu in question.
On the right hand side, select the Menu Settings Tab
Click the box for appropriate Order Type(s) for this Menu
Make sure that your Menu has been made available on the Hours Tab
From the Location Home tab, select the Hours Tab
Attach the Menu to the Day(s) and Hours that it should be available by selecting the check box next to that Menu. Repeat this step for each day of the week/hours that are applicable.
3. Make sure that you scroll to the bottom of this screen and click the Save Button in the bottom right corner.
Now that you've completed these steps, let's test to see if your Menu is displaying on your Customer Order Page.
From your Location Home Page, locate the little orange house in the top right corner.
Right click the House and select Open in New Tab.
This will take you to your Customer Ordering Page and you should now see your new Menu displayed.
