If you have an integration into your POS system first make sure the modifier group is showing as Required in your POS. Run a menu sync.
For non-integrated locations
Login to OrderCloud
Select Manage Stores
Select the Location
Select the Menu to edit
Select the item
Select the modifier group and select the Required button
Set your minimum and maximum for this modifier
Select Save Modifier Group
Select Save Menu Item
