Check the items that are affected and see what the Min/Max settings are for those items in OrderCloud. If they are incorrect and your location is integrated with your POS, check the POS to see what the settings are for the item.

To check item in OrderCloud

  1. Login to OrderCloud

  2. Select Manage Stores

  3. Select the Location

  4. Open the menu in the Menu Section and find the item

  5. Check the Min/Max fields to see if these are accurate.
