If you have attached your Menu to Hours and Order Type and your Location is set to Active, there is one other thing to check.

  1. Log into OrderCloud

  2. Select Manage Stores

  3. Select your Location

  4. On the Location Home tab, click on **Order Type(s).

5. Scroll to the bottom of that window and make sure that the Order Type is not set to Unlisted. This would cause your Menu to not display.

6. If you want your Menu to be visible, the Unlisted button should be Gray not Orange.

**Note: You may need to repeat this step for each Order Type you have listed.
