ToGo sends refunds to the payment processor the morning after the refund is issued in OrderCloud. The time at which the processor sends the refund to the issuing bank is based on the processor. The time at which the card-issuing bank processes the refund is based on the bank. Refunds can take anywhere between 3 - 14 working days.
