Can Promo Codes be used?

Promos can be used, however on Dinerware it would need to be manually applied

Can Convenience Fee on OrderCloud be used?

Dinerware does not support

Can the Surcharge on Order Cloud be used?

Dinerware does not support

Is the a Loyalty program that can be used with OrderCloud and my POS?

Not currently

Is there a Gift Card that can be used with OrderCloud and my POS?

What information will be added to OrderCloud during the initial setup (Menu Import) and later Menu Synchronization (Sync)

During initial setup/import the Sections and Items will import

Item Name

The Item name will be added during the first Import of your system and on any New Items. The item name will not be updated with a sync

Alt Name

NO - Can be added manually

Multiple Sizes/PLUs

NO - Can be added manually but disappears after Menu Sync

Price Tables - only Price 1 is used
