Login to OrderCloud, select Manage Stores, select the Location and select the Reports Tab.
Select the report type of Order Report from the dropdown selection.
To see Tips quickly at a glance:
Select your Date Range
Select Add Column on the right and select Tips
Tips will now be displayed in this view
To see Tips via Excel:
Using the Order Report mentioned above, select your Date Range
Select Export Report in the top right corner
Choose Download CSV
Open the Excel File
Look for the column labeled Tip
Once you've downloaded this information, you have access to basic spreadsheet formulas to add/subtract etc.
