The Feedback function under Engagement is no longer available for use.

As an alternate workaround, we recommend creating a third party survey. (ex: SurveyMonkey)

Then you can include the survey link in the Receipt Message section of your location in OrderCloud.

The Receipt Message is located on the Location Home tab.
