If you have Modifier Groups that are not displaying or updating on an Item in OrderCloud and you use Focus POS, check the name of the Menu Item in Focus.

If the name of your Menu Item contains an "&" as part of the label (like Ham & Eggs), then that may be the cause of the issue.

Rename the Menu Item on your Focus POS replacing the "&" with the word "and".

Next, sync your Menu in OrderCloud.

Once the Menu sync is complete, go into that Menu Item in OrderCloud and check to see that your Modifiers are now available.

We also recommend updating the "&" to "and" of the Menu Item name in OrderCloud as well.
