De-clutter your menu by removing unused menu sections in Order Cloud.

De-clutter your imported menus or clean up after a menu change by removing unused menu sections from your menus. Hidden menu sections that contain no items may be removed.


  1. Open the menu in Order Cloud and select the menu section that you wish to remove.

  2. Click the 'Edit' button beside the Menu Section name in the middle column.

  3. In the dialog box that opens, turn on the 'Hide Section' flag and click 'Save Menu Section'.

  4. Remove all items in the section by clicking the 'x' beside each item.

  5. Once the section is empty and hidden, click the 'Edit' button again. This time, you will see the option to 'Delete Menu Section'.

  6. Click the 'Delete Menu Section' button and a text field will appear. Enter the menu section name exactly as it appears in the top field. You may either type the section name or Cut/Paste the name.

  7. Once the name has been entered correctly, the 'Delete' button will appear. Click 'Delete' to permanently remove the menu section from the menu.
