Login to OrderCloud and select Manage Stores, select the Location from the Locations list. Check on the Location Home page under the Backup Notifications that you have notifications set up.

If you have a POS integration and Fresh KDS integration, set the "confirm order on successful integration" setting is turned OFF in the KDS settings. KDS settings can be found on the Location Admin tab.
