If you are using a ToGo Printer you can turn on the Customer Arrival function. If you are using the Curbside Order Type turning this function on will enable the I'm Here function of OrderCloud.

When this is is enabled and a customer places a Curbside order type the customer will receive a link in their Order Confirmation email (Or if using the ToGO built APP will receive in their APP) a link to select when they arrive at the store location. This will alert your location on a printed slip on the ToGo Printer that the customer has arrived to receive their order.

You can use this also with the Take Out Order Type by selecting "Always send the I'm Here"
