You must be using the Take-Out View screen on the FreshKDS to view the I'm Here notification on the Orders.

To setup in OrderCloud, login to OrderCloud and select Manage Stores. Select the Location from your location list. Select the Admin tab and go to the KDS Integration section. Select Edit and turn on the Notify when Customer Arrives.

This will immediately begin sending the Order Confirmations to customers for the Curbside - Order Type or if under the Take Out - Order Type you have selected Enable Curbside orders to On.

This will also work with the Take Out - Order Type by turning on the Always Send I'm Here to active.
