On OrderCloud in the Location, Location Home tab select the Printer under the ToGo Printers section. Select the option to Print Customer Arrival. This will turn on the system to send the links to customers. When customers select the link it will alert your location on a printed slip on the ToGo Printer that the customer has arrived to receive their order.
You can use this also with the Take Out - Order Type by selecting "Always send the I'm Here" under the Take Out Order Type section.
