ADDING AN ADDITIONAL WAIT TIME FOR A SPECIFIC DAY OF WEEK

Select the Location and select the Hours Tab. Select the Day and input the additional minutes needed in the Additional Wait Time field. Save Changes

For example:

If Fridays are generally busy and more wait time is needed for order preparation, go to Friday on the Hours tab and enter the additional minutes needed to your regular wait time that is setup under Order Type.

In the example below, the Standard Wait Time is 10 and we entered 15 in the Additional Wait time on Friday. Friday will now have a Wait Time of 25 minutes.

ADDING ADDITIONAL WAIT TIMES FOR SPECIFIC TIME OF DAY

You can add additional time periods to a day to add additional wait times for a specific time period of a day.

In the following example we will add an Additional Wait Time during the dinner period for Friday from 5-7. We have our normal times set to begin at 11:00am and ending at 10:00pm.

Select the Location and select the Hours Tab. Under the Hours section select the ADD+ button.Select the Day of Week and select Friday and select ADD HOURS. We will do this twice so we can have 3 sets of information for Friday. This is shown below

After adding the additional Fridays, select the times and drag to arrange for each section of the day. Add the Additional Wait Time to the time period that the additional is needed. In the example below we changed the first time to start at 11:00am and end at 5:00pm, we added a 5:00pm - 8:00pm range and added our Additional Wait Time of 15 minutes. Then we have a last time range of 8:00pm - 10:00pm that does not need the additional wait time.

Be careful not to get too granular with time periods, this can cause issues if too many time periods are setup for a day.

Refrain from changing these during active time periods of the day you are currently working in is as this too can cause unwanted results.
