Prep Time and Wait Time are the same. Prep Time and Wait Time is the amount of time that a store needs to produce an order for a customer.

OrderCloud refers to Prep Time for settings of when to send the customers orders to the POS, FreshKDS or ToGo Printer. "Send at Prep Time" is what you will see on settings.
