Each Order Type has a Standard Wait Time. If you have multiple menus assigned to the same Order Type you can add Additional Wait Time to a specific menu in the Hours Tab under the Location. Set up an additional hours for the menu to have the Additional Wait time and add the additional amount of time for that menu in the Additional Wait Time field.
