The end date may be set incorrectly on the Promo. Have a Merchant Admin user login to OrderCloud, select Engagement from the main menu. Select the Promo Code to edit. Look at the date in the field under "On what day will the Promo Code no longer be valid? If the date is today change it to tomorrow's date.
