cannot order, site down, order page down, not active, order error, We are sorry online ordering is currently not available?

If your Ordering site or Order APP is not functioning there are a number of variables to be checked on OrderCloud to make your site visible. Go through the checklist below:

Login to OrderCloud, on the Merchant page is the Active button illuminated Orange? If No select the button to make Active. Check your TOGO Order page

From the Manage Stores option, select the Location, check is the Active button illuminated Orange? If No select the button to make Active. Check your TOGO Order page

Select the Hours tab - Do you have an End Date on your current menu? If that date is today or previous, remove the end date and leave blank, select Save Changes. Check your TOGO Order page

Under the Hours tab check your Day of the Week and the hours are set correctly and your Menu(s) are checked under each day. If not checked, check the appropriate box and select Save Changes. Check your TOGO Order page

Do you have your Menus assigned to an Order Type? Select the Location Home tab under the Menus section select the Menu that should be active, select the Menu Settings tab. Make sure the appropriate Order Types are checked. Check your TOGO Order page

Is your Order Type set to Unlisted? Under the Location Home, Order Types section, select the Order Type(s) that should be listed on your TOGO Ordering page and make sure that UNLISTED is not illuminated in orange. If it is, select to remove Unlisted. Check your TOGO Order page.
