If an order fails to print, integrate into your POS you can select the Confirm/Complete and Charge Card button. This will complete the sale to the customer's card and will attempt to integrate the order again. Some POS systems will not allow the order to integrate if it is after the pickup time has passed.

If you were unable to make the order and do not want to Charge the Card you can choose to not select the Charge Card button.
