On the Orders list in OrderCloud you may see a orange Confirm Order button. If your store is integrated with your POS, ToGo Printer or FreshKDS orders will automatically be confirmed (green Complete Order button).

If there is an issue with an order integration and your location receives backup notifications, selecting the Confirm Order button will stop the backup notifications.

Pressing the orange Confirm Order button will also change it to a green Complete Order button.

Note: Changing from an orange Confirm Order to a green Complete Order will not generate an action with your POS. If the order did not originally integrate with your POS, pressing the confirm order button will not make the order integrate if there was an issue with the integration. You will manually need to enter the order in the POS if you wish.
