If an order does not integrate into the POS it depends on if your final cost is calculated on the POS or not.

If the final cost is calculated on the POS the order may not be charged.

Check the order in OrderCloud under the Orders Tab for the location.

Expand the Order information by selecting the drop down arrow.

  • If it shows Credit Card Paid and a balance of $0.00 due the credit card has been charged.

  • If there is a balance due and a button to Charge Credit card then selecting Charge Credit card will charge the card and send the customer an emailed receipt.
